easy recipe

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
 

Easy Cupcake Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.  Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.
Add eggs to the mixture.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape bowl again.  Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.
Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 12 egg whites from large eggs ( enough for 1 1/2 cups)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 

Angel Food Cupcake Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Place egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat at high speed until egg whites are frothy, approximately 1 minute.
Add cream of tartar, salt and vanilla to egg whites.  Mix at high speed until egg whites are almost stiff, approximately 4 minutes.
Add 1 cup of sugar gradually while mixing on low speed.  Scrape bowl.
Mix flour and remaining 1/2 cup sugar together and spoon 1/4 of mixture over egg whites, folding gently between each addition.
Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are 2/3 full.  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cracks are very dry.
Cool cupcakes completely before removing from pan.

Jatuh Bangun Kembali.

Harini. Sudah genap bereenam minggu di sini. Kehidupan baik-baik saja. Aku pernah jatuh. Aku pernah tersungkur. Aku pernah kalah. Aku pernah berdepan dengan masa kejatuhan aku. Pernah terdetik aku dah tak terdaya. Tapi, aku percaya tersurat pelangi indah di sebalik hujan yang lebat. 
Lari? Tak lah. Aku tak lari. Baru aku sedar, sejauh mana pun kita, kenangan tetap akan memamah kita kembali. Bagai denyut listrik yang tak dapat dipisahkan. Manusia dengan kenangan. Kenangan dengan kesakitan. Tapi jarak juga lah yang membuka mata betapa lapangnya masa depan itu. Ya, aku memang jauh dari tempat di zaman kejatuhan aku. Tapi, dengan jarak ia dapat memberi harapan dan nafas baru untuk aku kembali bangun walau masih kelabu perjalanan hidup ni.
Friendship? Aku ada Yaa, Abit, Fatin, Aen, Nap, Mas and Ema. Dah cukup untuk menjadi tulang belakang untuk aku bernafas memandang langit yang cerah itu lagi. Tidak seperti dulu. Aku sorang. Aku cuma bersendiri menguatkan diri.
